For more than 20 years I have worked in healthcare — building and leading programs at the intersection of fraud, waste and abuse prevention and provider network development. My experience spans both payer and provider environments, giving me a perspective on how these disciplines connect and where most plans leave value on the table.
I have built and led investigation units, designed SIU programs from the ground up, managed provider contracting operations, and overseen network adequacy compliance. I understand what a lean team needs to be effective, and I know the difference between compliance that looks good on paper and a program that actually protects the plan.
In 2026 I launched PARIM Integrity Solutions to bring that experience to small and mid-size health plans on a flexible, independent basis. Many of these plans carry the same regulatory expectations as large carriers but operate with a fraction of the internal capacity. I work as an extension of their team — without the overhead of a full-time hire.
